What began as an intention to make art and be of service to the community has developed into a thriving center for classes, workshops, trainings, and exhibits, serving over 1500 people each year from all over the country!

We offer 29 six-week classes each year in the OSP Process for community members, and 15 six-to-eight-week classes for very young children. We serve hundreds of at-risk youth, hold a dozen unique exhibits, provide six weekend-long training sessions, and half dozen introductory sessions each year- serving many for a reduced fee or no cost at all. We need your help to keep this program going. Please make a donation today.

For over 10 years I have taught the OSP Process at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). In every single class students are stunned by how the OSP Process has literally changed their lives. They've said:

"Before this class I forgot what I love about making art."

"I can finally breathe again."

"This class clarified what I will do after graduation."

OSP continues to change lives for the better -- everyone from art students, youth at risk, adults in transitional housing, and professionals who are training in the OSP process.

We need your help to do this. Registration fees cover about a quarter of the cost to run a class. We rely on gifts like yours -- $25, $50, $100 or more -- to offer these services and turn no one away. $180 supports a full scholarship for one person in a six-week class -- a class that can make a significant difference in the life of a student or an at-risk teen.
